REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The total cost of the entire festival is only $345.00 per person for a Full Registration (with music packets) or only $295.00 for an Associate Registration (no music packets). In addition, you can SAVE OVER $35.00 OFF THE REGULAR FULL REGISTRATION COST IF YOU REGISTER BY JULY 1, 2008!

PRICING
Full Registration includes over $600.00 in music packets, all reading sessions, premieres, workshops, concerts and five meals. Associate Registration includes all of the above except music packet and is available ONLY with a Full Registration from the same church.

FULL REGISTRATION (with music packets)

$309.95 on or before July 1st, 2008 (save over $35.00!)

$345.00 after July 1st, 2008

ASSOCIATE REGISTRATION (no music packets)

$269.95 on or before July 1st, 2008 (save over $25.00!)
$295.00 after July 1st, 2008

NOTE: Associate Registrations are ONLY available with a Full Registration from the same church.

IMPORTANT NOTE
80% of your registration (either type) is fully refundable if you need to cancel and notify us by 7/25/08. Sorry, no refunds can be given after this date for any reason due to meal guarantees, etc.

AT-DOOR REGISTRATIONS
At-door registrations are accepted only as space is available. We encourage you to register in advance as we cannot guarantee at-door availability. Please note that all sessions are open only to those registered for the conference.

LODGING INFORMATION
A complete listing of area hotels ranging from economy to deluxe (all-suite) accommodations will be sent to you with your confirmation of registration, or you can click here to check them out on-line!

Prices range from under $60.00 per night and up. Lodging reservations must be made directly with the host of your choice. Hotel listing contains complete rate information (including special festival rates), distance from conference, availability of eating facilities and other information to assist you in making your choice.

In order to secure a room at the lodging of your choice, we suggest you register early and make your choice promptly upon receipt of the lodging information.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT CHILDREN
While we certainly wish to be "family-friendly", our experience has shown that the long hours and hectic schedule of the conference are not conducive to children.

In an attempt to limit distractions to other paid registrants, and due to our space limitations, we must enforce that infants and children are not allowed in any of the sessions or program events; only paid registrants are allowed to attend sessions and conference events. We appreciate your understanding.
